Citizen communications regarding the performance of our personnel are always welcomed by the St. Louis County Police Department. We are always pleased when we are told that a Department employee's performance was outstanding, and we need to know when an employee didn't meet your expectations.
This form is not for quality of life complaint or tips. This form should ONLY BE USED TO REPORT officers whose conduct did not meet your expectations or for officers whose conduct exceeded your expectations. Please DO NOT use this form for any other purpose.
There are several ways in which you can make the Department aware when an employee has done particularly well in performing his or her job. You can:

Please describe the incident and the actions you think were exceptional. If you don't know the officer's name, please include information such as the type of incident, date, time, and location.
