Citizen communications regarding the performance of our personnel are always welcomed by the St. Louis County Police Department. We are always pleased when we are told that a Department employee's performance was outstanding, and we need to know when an employee didn't meet your expectations.
This form is not for quality of life complaint or tips. This form should ONLY BE USED TO REPORT officer's whose conduct did not meet your expectations or for officers whose conduct exceeded your expectations. Please DO NOT use this form for any other purpose.
There are several ways in which you can make the Department aware when an employee has done particularly well in performing his or her job. Please complete the form below or call the Bureau of Professional Standards at 314-615-5340.
We request contact information on the form below. You may submit a statement without identifying yourself or providing the contact information, but without that information it is much more difficult for us to investigate a complaint and we will not be able to provide any updates on actions taken as a result of your statement.
