Central County Precinct (2nd)

Captain John Blake, Commander

I take tremendous pride knowing the men and women in the Central County Precinct continue to provide the highest level of professional police services to the residents and businesses in the Central County Precinct.  During these unusual times, we continue to provide the highest level of service while adhering to safe social distancing guidelines.

The Precinct’s commitment to providing a safe place to live and work is a direct reflection of the Department’s impeccable reputation for building lasting relationships with the people we serve daily.

The members of the Central County Precinct work collectively with available community and Department resources to provide the highest level of community policing.

Community engagement is a priority. In past years, the Central County Precinct participated in several events with residents including National Night Out, Citizen’s Police Academies, “Coffee with Cops” and many more.We can’t wait to attend in-person events as soon as practical.

Please stay diligent with locking your vehicles at night and closing your garage doors each night. We send out friendly reminder letters if we drive by your residence and notice your garage open during the overnight hours. Please remember to take in your personal belongings or store items in your trunk when out running errands. Please pay attention to your surroundings while out in public since criminals are wearing face coverings hiding their identity. These simple tips should help prevent you from becoming a crime victim.

Feel free to contact the Central County Precinct’s Neighborhood Policing Office through social media, in person or by phone with any concerns, accolades or issues you would like addressed.
